I initially started taking Berry Trim three times a day 15 minutes before breakfast, lunch and dinner. The combination of super berries and natural ingredients appealed to me. However I stopped taking it in the evenings as I think the high dosage of stimulants affected my sleep.
The taste is quite pleasant and I must admit to adding more than 10 oz of water as if I just used 10 oz it was a bit heavy. Berry Trim does the job in that it makes me feel fuller before I eat, so I am able to eat less than I would usually eat.
I have been taking it twice a day for 10 days and have lost 4 lbs. As a woman in my 50’s, I combined it with yoga and more walking.
