As I have very low porosity hair, I deep condition my hair once a week. I find if I deep condition less than that, my hair really cries out for it. My hair is less tangled than usual and there is definitely a moisture boost in my hair – one I have never been able to achieve before. I find that the hair on the right side of my temple never seems to show any signs of improvement with previous deep conditioning attempts however it looks like the Hot Head has changed that.
