Congratulations to Maggie Smith who has become the Face of African Fashion Week London 2015. Maggi was chosen by the public on the AFWL social media platforms and takes over the mantle held by 2014 winner Chi-Chi Nwuba. Maggie’s prize was a photoshoot, styled by top Parisian stylist Crystal Deroche and shot by the renowned photographer Gabor Szantai. Her hair was styled by Sandra Webb from Sandra Webb salon using products from Motions who are the sponsors of this year’s African Fashion Week London.
Of Ugandan/Scottish heritage, Maggie says of her win, ‘I’m so proud to be the Face of AFWL 2015. The journey so far has been very overwhelming & the support I’ve had so far is in incredible.
