When you wake up, the first thing you need to do is cool those babies down! Simply place cucumber slices on each eye to refresh them and give them a boost. To reduce the puffiness underneath your eyes try dampening two tea bags with luke-warm water and place on your eyes. The caffeine in the tea bag will work to de-puff your eyes while the antioxidants in the tea leaves will work to reduce swelling and tighten the skin around the eyes.
A hangover is essentially dehydration and the next step is to hydrate the skin around the eyes with a concentrated moisturiser like Shisheido Concentrate Facial Mosturising Lotion. I am using dermal M D eye serum at night since 2-3 months. My dark circle is reduced. I've tried many things but it didnt affect at all But this one reduced dark circle. Just go for it. Its definitely worth the price. Daily application will affect
