eBay has announced its partnership with London’s iconic Notting Hill Carnival, celebrating sneaker culture past and present.
As part of the partnership eBay has launched a bespoke Notting Hill Carnival hub curated by carnival experts, Nicole Fox, Tremaine Facey and Renaldo La Rose.
eBay UK has launched the ‘eBay x Notting Hill Carnival hub’ for carnival-loving sneakerheads to shop stand-out carnival kicks. The hub is part of the online marketplace’s partnership with London’s iconic Notting Hill Carnival which showcases carnival sneaker culture and platforms carnival loving sneakerheads’ top tips.

With sneaker searches spiking by 365% in the run-up to Carnival, the hub is curated by Carnivalists, including Carnival OGs and members of award-winning Mas band, Mangrove. Nicole Fox (Mas player), Tremaine Facey (Steel pan player) and Renaldo La Rose (Carnival DJ) share their eBay Authenticity Guaranteed sneaker selects for Panorama, J’Ouvert and the main event which takes place this Bank Holiday Weekend (26th – 27th August). How to step out at Carnival
The Carnivalists share their top tips for stepping out at Carnival in style this year:
1. It’s a long day so comfort is key, avoid sneakers that are completely flat.
2. Carnival is all about colour, so have fun with bright or printed kicks to compliment your fit.
3. If you’re planning a monochrome look, step out in metallic sneakers to add a touch of Carnival sparkle.
4. For J’Ouvert Morning plain white or black kicks are the way forward! By the time you’re done, the paint will have created an authentic pair of sneakers that nobody else can buy.
5. Panorama is definitely the time to pull out those limited editions or exclusive collabs, wear your best sneakers and stand out from the crowd.

Stationed on the corner of Westbourne Park Road and All Saints Road, on Sunday only, sneakerheads who step out in the realest kicks will have the chance to win £750 to shop the ‘eBay x Notting Hill Carnival hub’.
Two runner up prizes including a £100 and £50 voucher are also up for grabs and provide more chances to win.
